Epic Sound provides infrastructure for the creator economy, including:

• Orbit ID: A portable creator identity for ownership and attribution
• My Orbit: An AI-powered creator workspace for managing works and connections
• Orbit Protocol: An underlying rights and value coordination layer

The Epic Sound services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, are owned by GoodTech Global Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit through our services. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with providing our services.

Creator Identity and Attribution

When using Orbit ID and related services, you acknowledge that the creator identity features are designed to support attribution and ownership claims. While we strive to provide accurate and reliable identity verification, we do not guarantee that all disputes regarding ownership or attribution will be resolved in your favor. You are responsible for maintaining accurate records of your creative works.

Payment Terms

Certain features of our services may require payment. By using paid features, you agree to pay all applicable fees. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice. Payment processing is handled by our trusted partners, including Stripe and MoonPay, and is subject to their respective terms of service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Limitation of Liability
